National Accounts Project Manager Coordinator: Irvine location Temp to hire

Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one-year experience in coordination, scheduling, related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in vendor management or contract negotiation is a plus.

Strong ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business processes, technical procedures, or county and state regulations. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from leadership, customers, vendors, colleagues, and the general public.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook and Adobe. Experience in Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains Database software is a plus.

Ability to comprehend the concept of instructions provided in written, oral, or diagram forms. Ability to solve practical issues and deal with a multitude of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions provided in written, oral, diagram, or schedule format.
